Aidells Chicken and Turkey Sausage Carbonara

I just made this today and loved it! So I thought I would share, it only took 20 minutes!

Aaron and I bought these Aidells Roasted Garlic and Gruyere Cheese turkey and Chicken sausages at Costco because the tasted so good! After our impulse buy I realized that I had no idea what to make with them to create a meal. I was thinking pasta, but what kind. My friend Nicki recommended a carbonara, which I had never made or had before. Here is what I did.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp butter

1 clove of garlic

1/2 shallot

2 Aidells roasted garlic and Gruyere sausages

1 medium tomato

3 large mushrooms

1 cup of Parmesan cheese

cheese tortellini

Saute about 3 table spoons of butter with a clove of garlic and 1/2 a shallot. Add 2 sausages cut into bite size pieces. Add 1 medium tomato and 2 or three large mushrooms. Add about 1/2 to 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. simmer and serve over cheese tortellini!
